"Youth Development - The Professional Program"

UNEARTHING THE NEXT GENERATION

OF FOOTBALLERS WITH PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Grassroot program is a program for 6 to 12 year olds with an emphasis on the FUN aspects of football. This is the base-level entry into the football pathway at YFC. If your child is interested in beginning their football career, then YFC is the right place for you.

Our Grassroot program has been specifically designed to armor young children with all of the tools they need so that they are ready to compete in competitive games. The sessions are managed by our highly-qualified Elite Squad coaches. This ensures that the quality of our training sessions are just like those delivered to our Elite Squads, while being uniquely translated and delivered in the most exciting and FUN environment for YFC’s stars of the future.

Developing creative players

Youth Development - Various age phases

Youngsters Club grassroots football programme targets boys and girls aged 6-12 years through school and residential areas. The key concept of the programme is to bring together as many people as possible through football. The grassroots programme advocates exchanges and sharing human values and, of course, promotes the pleasure of practising our marvellous sport.

For some people, grassroots football is a focus for recreational activities, while for others it is the organised practice of the sport, with training and matches, within a school or club framework.Of course not all young players will become the stars of the future and they do not all have the skills required to become professional players. So intensive training sessions and complicated tactics are not appropriate.

professional instruction

Youth Development - Academy Officials

We adopt multiple systems of play to counteract the opposition using our core and sub-core principles of play in and out of possession. Players must understand how to use different strategies that confound the opposition, whilst maintaining a style-of-play anchored to our core concepts.

Within our environment, we develop creative thinkers and good decision makers through instruction, guidance and independent thinking, which translates to making correct decisions when exposed to the rigors of match play.
